Will the event be held in case of bad weather?
Absolutely yes. The magic of Grappoli di Stelle is designed to offer you an unforgettable experience in all conditions. In case of uncertain weather, we will move under our cozy marquee set up in the heart of the vineyards: here you can enjoy lunch or dinner and live music while protected, staying in close contact with the unique atmosphere of the estate.
Can I cancel or change the date of the experience?
Certainly. We understand that unexpected events can happen: you can reschedule your participation by sending us an email at least 48 hours before the event. However, we ask you to understand that to provide dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from local suppliers, we incur fixed costs close to the appointment. Therefore, in case of cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows, the reservation will no longer be reschedulable or refundable.
